Class description and fees

Yoga - Level I- For students new to Iyengar Yoga. The standing series of asana, as well as Salamba Sarvangasana, the Iyengar way, are introduced. Becoming aware of the body and its alignment in asana practice. Developing awareness, stamina, and stability.

Yoga - Level II- For students who are practiced in Level I, asanas as well as Salamaba Sarvangasna. The standing asana are refined.
Sirsasana as well as standing balances, backbends and forward bends are introduced.

Yoga - Level III-  Trained in Iyengar Yoga,  and strong in the standing series, Salamaba Sarvangasana is practiced with variations, Sirsasana is maintained for minimum of 5 minutes. A home practice should be established.

MELT - FULL BODY :  For Students who have chronic pain and/or are looking their to deepen their yoga practice and over all well being. Using a foam roller and/or resistance bands students are able  to stimulate the connective tissue in the trunk, neck, shoulders, arms and lower back, strengthen and heal joint issues as well as understand the deeper working of their bodies.

What to wear ? Shorts, leggings and a t-shirt

Come on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours after eating)
